SYNOPSIS:

It’s the 1980’s and Milo Blesdoe, a poor black man from Tupelo, Mississipi has been in prison for over 20 years. Josh Jeffers, a young white kid of privilege from Richmond, Virginia for 20 minutes. Both have been sentenced to live, having been convicted of murder. As the two tell their stories, their very different backgrounds and experiences collide. Despite this, Milo and Josh forge an uneasy relationship, and an unlikely bond. One relies upon God to bring him solace, while the other manipulates people into giving him what he wants. It all leads to a surprising conclusion which will make you question everything.
