Synopsis:

In the small town of Pikeville, a family matriarch has died unexpectedly. As the funeral is planned, her never married “junque” shop owner son and his better-heeled sister come to terms with a lifetime of unresolved issues. Their relationship is complicated when extended family gathers to “help” them, bringing dysfunctions of their own. Missed or no communication, clashing expectations and silly accusations make for a story that is often funny, occasionally uncomfortable, yet somehow familiar. As this “Mama’s Family” meets “Modern Family” story unfolds, you’ll laugh a lot, squirm a little and learn something too. After all, the Dalton Clan isn’t the only family that put the “fun” in dysfunction.”
