Bartek and Vadim are two bumbling spies from Ustinkanovia, an obscure republic with an anti-imperialist axe to grind. They travel to America where they attempt to fit in, so they can perform a “glorious act of revolution.” It is their plan to make mayhem by bombing the Boonie County Fair. Before they can carry out their plot, however, they encounter “Rangerroo Kids,” Mafioso-styled scouts peddling cookies; and their red-neck neighbors, the Fudbussle Clan. Soon, Bartek and Vadim find themselves up to their necks in trouble as their plans take an unexpected turn.
